Now Joomla 1.7 here. I would say UPGRADE for all of you who are running 1.6.5, it's really easy.
I took a backup of all files on the website and database, then I installed the upgrade package as a component, the same with the Swedish language pack and now I can proudly say that my site is running the latest version of Joomla!
The fact that it is so easy to upgrade makes it difficult to find excuses not to.

I have created two modules: the ECB Dynamic XChange Rates, showing the exchange rates from the European Central Bank and the calendar JavaScript Calendar that displays holidays wich are editable. You can also change the appearance via CSS.
Both modules are available from Download in the menu on the left.
